How it works:


If you agree to our offer price I ask you for 30 days to close on your property. I offer your house to our list of cash buyers, charge that buyer for my commission, your closing cost, and all related fees. I give that buyer 10 days to front cash and close at a local title company. You get paid in full by the title company, and you do not pay any commissions or closing cost, You can often close in less than 20 days.
